Some bags remain factory sealed, others that had minifigures were opened to remove the minifigures and re-taped shut. Instructions and stickers are brand new, however I did open the standard brown bag to verify they were all there because in the past I have had missing booklets and stickers. There are so many bags as you can see it is taking up my entire living room floor. I think $550 + free shipping is quite reasonable, looking at sold listings I see this sell from $590 to as high as $660. Both of which had paid shipping, which id assume was at least $40
