- How to show the speciment on the monitor?
(1)Turn on the microscope. (2)Adjust the light.(3)Push back the arm of the specimen holder. (4)Push back the specimen holder arm.(5)Center the specimen using the X and Y-axis knobs on the mechanical stage.(6)Move the objective lens to 4X. (7)Use the coarse-focusing knob to bring the specimen into view. (8)Use the fine-focusing knob to adjust the focus for a clearer image.
Open the aperture and field diaphragms to their widest position when using the 4X or 10X objectives for the best quality.
