Packing & Shipping Policy – Ungraded Cards

For your protection and mine, all ungraded cards are video recorded during the pulling and packing process, through to sealing the shipping envelope/mailer. This video serves as proof that the exact card(s) listed were selected, verified against your order, and included in your package before it was sealed.

This is standard practice for high-volume sellers and helps protect both buyer and seller in the rare event of a claim regarding item condition, authenticity, or a missing/incorrect card. Recordings are kept on file and can be provided if a dispute arises.

Packing & Shipping Policy — Graded Cards

All graded cards are packed with care to ensure they arrive in the same condition they were shipped. Our process:

1. Slab Protection – Each graded card is placed in a resealable penny sleeve or slab sleeve, then wrapped in bubble wrap to cushion the case from impact.

2. Rigid Mailer – The wrapped slab is sandwiched between two pieces of cardboard (or placed in a Team Bag / BCW-style rigid card mailer) to prevent bending, crushing, or case cracks in transit.

3. Box, Not Envelope – For single or multiple slabs, we ship in a bubble mailer with rigid cardboard inserts on both sides, or a small box for extra protection — never a plain envelope, which can be bent or crushed by sorting machines.

4. Void Fill – Any empty space inside the box is filled with packing paper, air pillows, or bubble wrap so the slab cannot shift during transit.

5. Multiple Cards – When shipping more than one graded card, each slab is individually wrapped and separated with cardboard dividers to prevent them from knocking against each other.

6. Sealed & Labeled – Packages are sealed with strong packing tape on all seams and marked \"Fragile\" where appropriate.

7. Tracking & Signature – All graded card shipments include tracking, and we require signature confirmation on orders over $500 for both buyer and seller protection.

8. Insurance – High-value graded cards are insured for the full sale price.

We take extra time on packaging because we know how disappointing it is to receive a cracked case or a bent corner. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the packaging and card so we can resolve it quickly.
