This country rustic, built from scratch, handmade post mount hopper style bird feeder is built from durable 3/4-inch White cedar wood. Assembled with 1 1/2-inch staples and weatherproof wood glue for long lasting performance. Has a larger compacity than most other feeders on the market and is suitable for all types of seed. Will hold 4 to 6 pounds. The feeder has plexiglass viewing windows on each side and can be removed on 1 side for cleaning. It has a hinged roof for quick and easy refills. Solid wood bottom with drain ports cut into the seed catch at the front of the feeder behind the handmade perch. Shipped fully assembled and ready to use out of the box. Suitable for small birds such as Wrens, Sparrows, Nuthatches, and Chickadees. It is large enough to accommodate larger birds such as Bluebirds, Cardinals, Grosbeak, and even Blue Jays. This bird feeder is 13 3/4 inches long, 10 1/2 inches tall, and 11 3/4 inches wide. Will mount to any existing post.
