The metal casing has minor scuffs. The blade has the name of a company (Jeff Robles & Assoc). The multitool is smooth, tight, and snappy. The blade and wire cutters do not appear to have any flat spots/damage. The knife will need to be cleaned since it has some grime/dirt on it and may need to be sharpened. The multitool is blade and part of one of the handles has a carbon fiber appearance ( it is not real carbon fiber).
