Comes with instruction books in good condition. No minifigs.
No original boxSet has been disassembled and placed in numbered bags like the instructions. Smaller pieces have been placed in smaller bags for a better building experience. There are missing pieces and some that have been substituted by other colors. I have detailed notes on any changes as the build progresses. That is considered in the price. priced lower than Bricklink they have one listed 100% complete used for $275

Over all the gate looks cool but it is missing a lot of details. This part of the build is missing the most pieces everything else is mostly accounted for the overall build is awesome and very detailed.
