The machine has never been used—the 115V wall plug prongs still retain the original factory clear shrink-wrap, the ground clamp has zero arc marks, the torch nozzle and contact tip are clean copper, and the chipping hammer/brush is brand new. All original accessories are present except the printed manual. The outer retail carton is structurally intact for shipping but exhibits notable shelf wear, creasing, and exterior box tearing from storage.
