Size 18 lip service dress. I would say the length is between a mini and a midi, it hits the knees for me and I’m 5’8. This is a vintage item I believe originally sold at torrid when they had Tripp and lip service products. Best fits a 40-42inch waist. Top of the dress has elastic all around and a full side zip. Wrinkled from storage but only tried on by me, pictures make it look small but it’s because the elastic isn’t stretched in the photo!
