Well, this is mint and probably new, but I can't be positive. I see no accumulation of any dust or dirt that accumulates on shoulders and crevices that pieces that have been displayed get.
Box is original with original packing material but is certainly not mint. There is a chunk out of the top piece ( see pics) and has spotting and wear on the exterior of box ( see pics).
