Lowrider Hydraulics, G Body, REQR AXLE EARS Reinforcement plates *1 kit
Typically these are used to prevent the REAR AXLE EAR mounts from bending/cracking under stresses caused by Hydraulic pressure.
Our kit is cut to fit snug around the REAR EARS ON THE REAR AXLE area.
Some grinding will be needed
All of our plate kits are cut by hand, not on a plasma table...
Kit includes the following:
1 kits- 6Pcs total (enough to do driver and passenger side one one AXLE)
Reinforcement pieces for 78-88 G body (Cutlass, Regal, Monte Carlo, grand prix, ). 3/16 thickness. You weld these yourself.
BE SURE TO PREHEAT REAR AXLE BEFORE WELDING.
