Rare original LARGE print advertisement carefully removed from a 1980 entertainment industry trade magazine/newspaper promoting William Lustig\'s horror film Maniac at Cannes.

The ad announces a special midnight premiere screening on May 10 and features Joe Spinell and Caroline Munro, with special make-up and effects by Tom Savini. The Cannes screening preceded the film\'s U.S. theatrical release, which followed in 1981.
