It has a jersey skirt (100% polyester.) It has a relatively high neckline. It’s sleeveless with a hand-beaded embellished cape overlay, rouched waist detail and a concealed back zipper. Approx. 60\" from top of shoulder to bottom hem. It has never been worn, never been tried on. It still has the tags and manufacturer security tag (seen in photos). Ordered directly from designer, but wedding colors changed and I missed the return window. Size no longer available from designer.
