Please note:
Colors may appear lighter or darker depending on your aquarium lighting.
Fish may temporarily lose color due to shipping stress.
Once settled into their new environment, colors will gradually return.
Bettas carrying the Marble Gene may naturally change color or pattern over time.

💀 DOA (Dead On Arrival) POLICY
In the rare event your fish arrives dead:
✅ Take clear photos of the fish inside the original unopened bag.
❌ Do NOT open or tear the shipping bag.
📩 Contact us within 1 hour of delivery with the required photos.
Claims submitted after 1 hour will not be accepted.
💰 REFUND POLICY
If your DOA claim meets all requirements:
✔️ Fish price will be refunded.
