Mattel Barbie Tan Skin Collector Replacement Model Muse Doll Body For Sale

Inthis listing we have a really nice replacement doll body. This dollbody was released by Mattel as part of the Barbie Collector line andoriginally came with the Gala Collection series with the second doll,Lavender Daydream. It uses the incredibly popular model muse body.This doll body has medium tan skin tone with a very orange tone andhas pink painted fingernails and pink painted toenails. This dollbody is articulated at the neck, shoulders, and hips. This doll bodyhas the arm molds with both hand bent at the elbows with the hands atthe hips. This doll body has a ring hole in it’s right hand, butwill not come with a ring. This doll body was made in Indonesia. Alsoincluded is the doll’s original plastic stand. The stand has asomewhat clear with silver plastic glitter plastic base with amatching post that goes between the doll’s legs. The metal standshown is not included. My pictures came out a little dark, thecolors are bit brighter in person. My camera also had a hard time capturing the skin tone, it\'s much more orange tanned in person.

Thisdoll body is in good shape. It has never been played with and havejust been removed from the box and put into storage. It does havesome factory issues though. The doll\'s neck knob looks to be in greatshape. It does have obvious seam lines and mold injection spots. Theanchor on the rightside is a little warped. This wouldn\'t affect putting a head on thebody, but could make taking off another head a little trickier.Thedoll\'s torso is in very nice shape. There are a few small scratchesand scuffs to the hard plastic torso. The side and shoulder seams area little uneven with one side slightly higher than the other. It\'svery minor, but they just didn\'t align the front and back perfectlyat the factory so the seams aren\'t totally even. Whenlooking closely at the shoulder and neck seams it looks like they hadto sand the seams at the factory so when looking closely at the armsyou can see some minor scuffs along the plastic. Thedoll\'s arms look good. They do have seam lines and mold injectionspots. There is some excess plastic along the seam lines. There are afew small scratches to the arms, but they are very minor. Thereis a gray dot to the back of the left arm at the elbow. There is someexcess vinyl inside the hole for the ring. Thedoll\'s fingernail paint looks okay. There is some sloppy paintapplication, some chips, and they\'re not all perfectly placed. Theylook okay from a distance, but not perfect when looking at them upclose. Thedoll\'s legs look okay. They do have seam lines and mold injectionspots. With some excessplastic in some spots.On the bottom of each foot there is a mold injection spot along theseam lines that has some excess plastic. These will be covered bymost shoes. There are a few small molding flaws to the legs here andthere, but they are all pretty minor. Atthe doll’s ankles there are some indents from the packaging thatheld the doll in place in the box. They are minor, but visible.Hopefully this eases out in time.The doll’s toenailslook good, they do have some minor issues like the fingernails. Theydo look a bit off centered, they don’t seem to be as on the toes asthey should be. Thestand looks good. It has never been assembled. Boththe stand and the post has seam lines and mold injection spots, withsome excess plastic in some spots.It does have a few small scratches and scrapes to it, but it’s veryminor. Please examine all picturesto see the exact condition of the item and please keep in mind someissues are more visible in person compared to pictures.
