Up for sale is an authentic, premium Mauviel 1830 Copper Sauté Pan complete with its matching original copper lid. Handcrafted in France, this extra-large commercial-grade heirloom piece is a dream workhorse for serious home cooks and professional chefs.
This is the massive 30cm (approx. 12\" outer rim diameter) variant featuring deep, straight-sided walls. It boasts Mauviel’s official standard 6.2-Quart functional capacity, making it perfect for large-batch searing, family-sized braises, deep frying, and reducing complex sauces without crowding the pan. Built with the traditional cast brass long stick handle on one side, paired with a matching brass loop helper handle on the opposite side to easily manage the pan\'s substantial weight when full. Designed with a precise stepped upper rim edge all around the pan, allowing the included copper lid to sit securely nested inside for a perfect, moisture-retaining seal. Polished thick copper exterior for unmatched temperature precision bonded to a non-reactive stainless steel interior lining. Easy to maintain and never requires re-tinning. Stamped with the official \"Mauviel France\" hallmark on the exterior wall. Original red factory inspection checklist/care insert is included. Safe for gas, electric, halogen ranges, and oven use.
