Item Details:
• Artist: Michael Hurd (American, b. 1946)
• Title of Artwork: Annie's House
• Medium: High-Quality Limited Edition Art Print / Lithograph
• Signature: Hand-signed by the artist in ink (clearly visible on the lower left of the image, positioned over the printed name plate).
• Framing: Professionally custom-matted and framed by Village Frame in Santa Barbara, California (original gallery stamp and job number #861746 are intact on the dust cover backing). Includes heavy-duty hanging wire attached.
Condition:
The artwork itself is in excellent vintage condition with vibrant colors, deep contrast, and no signs of fading, moisture damage, or tearing. The frame and protective paper backing are structurally sound and sturdy; however, please note that the frame and matting show minor wear consistent with age (please review all photos for exact cosmetic condition).
Collector’s Note on Edition Number:
This piece features Michael Hurd’s authentic, handwritten ink signature. It was originally issued as part of a numbered limited-edition series. Please note that the fraction-style edition number is currently obscured beneath the edge of the professional custom matting.
I was told by previous owner that this is a numbered piece. I don’t want to cut the back . I bought 2 other pieces from this person and both are numbered so I believe him.
