This is a new, original and one of a kind, 11x14” painting in a vintage frame by Todd Ehle. It’s Abstract Surrealism, my spontaneous style of painting. Nothing is pre-planned, I just let it develop as I go.
The painting is acrylic and acrylic gouache on stretched canvas and framed in a vintage wood frame which has been notched to look like bamboo.
A word about me: My father was a composer of “modern” classical music, and I was immersed in the mid-century genre. This painting represents the type of work I started doing in the early 80s.
