Circa 1960s - 1970s
Metal plate under base for weight and has the Underwriter’s Laboratory Sticker on the Bottom (see last photo for close-up of Cord + Sticker on Bottom). Non-Polarized Prongs on Plug—both the Lab Sticker (for wiring—not the Manufacturer), and the cord date from approximately 1950s-1970s.

In Good Condition—structurally solid—no wobbling; enamel has a few scratches and chips—see all photos there are close-ups of all issues; there is a little paint (possibly a repair or possibly just a spill?) on edge of base which does not look easily-removed—I tried (it is not quite the white enamel color)—see photos.
