• I inspected the inside. All 3 belts felt good and flexed like new ones. No sign of hardening (fast forward while playing the tape aka monkey sound)

• The original "leather" cover
• Rust not included. Unit is in mint condition inside and out

What to know

• I opened the case, sprayed the record/play switch with WD-40 brand contact cleaner and actuated the switch a bunch of times. This is a common thing that the switch contacts oxidize over time. The repair will make it work for a long time before you need to spray it again.
