The DPM Mechanical Recoil Reduction System for SIG Sauer P220 offers full user adjustability with 2 spring plugs and 5 external springs. It is a direct replacement for the stock recoil rod and does not change the configuration of the pistol.

This advanced system operates using a multi-spring intricate rod with three internal springs that act like a brake on the slide during the final 6 to 8 millimeters of movement.

In some cases, the system provides nearly double force at full slide open position compared to the factory spring, allowing the slide to return smoothly with reduced recoil.

This design protects the moving parts of the pistol and extends overall firearm lifespan.

The system includes 5 external springs of varying power levels, allowing shooters to fine tune recoil performance based on ammunition type and personal preference.

The longer spring provides heavier resistance, while the shorter spring offers lighter recoil control.

Two spring plugs are included, where the grooved plug provides a heavier buffer effect and the flat plug provides a lighter buffer effect during full slide movement.
