Everything is new and unopened unless the Item Details above say otherwise. What you see in the photos is exactly what you're getting.
Heads up, minor box stuff like small dents, corner wear, or light creasing can happen just from the manufacturer and shipping. It's super common with collectible packaging and it doesn't touch the figure inside at all.
Japanese Prize Figure Notice
A lot of anime figures are Japanese arcade prize figures, and the way they're made means small variations are totally normal, things like:
- Slight paint differences from the promo photos
- Tiny manufacturing quirks
- Assembly pegs that need a firm push to seat properly
These aren't defects, just part of how prize figures are made.
Box ConditionThe box is protective packaging for the figure, not a collectible item on its own. Unless the Seller Note above specifically mentions it, box condition isn't guaranteed to be mint. The listing photos show the actual box you're getting, so you can see exactly what to expect.Assembly & HandlingSome figures need a little assembly when you open them, things like hair accessories, weapon props, or base pegs. Just take your time with the parts and you'll be fine! One thing to note: any damage that happens after opening or during assembly isn't something we can cover as a defect, so be gentle with those pegs.ShippingEvery order gets bubble-wrapped and boxed up properly so nothing shifts around in transit. We ship fast after payment clears and your figure will be on its way before you know it!Returns & QuestionsIf you have any questions about an item, want more photos, or something isn't right after it arrives, feel free to reach out anytime!
