Unpainted resin parts, 3D printed.
Parts will have flashing after you remove them from supports. Use a razor blade to scrape it off or slide base of part on sandpaper.
Consider wearing safety glasses while cutting/breaking supports. Resin shatters when cut and bits of resin can shoot around the room.
Any paint should work fine. Any general purpose glue should work. CA glue is commonly used for resin parts.
