Creepy Billy the Puppet figure from the Saw horror franchise, made by NECA in 2007. Measures approximately 12” tall and features his iconic black suit, red bow tie, spiral cheeks, white gloves and glittery red shoes.
Talking/sound feature has been tested and works great. Fresh batteries have been installed and will be included so he’s ready to say hello to his new victim… I mean owner. 😈
Pre-owned and in very good overall condition for his age with normal minor wear. Please review all photos closely as they are part of the description.
