Only one previous owner-- I purchased for myself direct from Torrid but did not end up using it for the planned occasion; the size 24 dress fit me well but the 4x crinoline was slightly large by comparison; it fit well once I pinned it.New with tags- it looks great! The bonus crinoline is pre-owned but in excellent condition. See photos!
