We do our best to pack orders to arrive in excellent condition. Occasionally, packages may arrive with dented capsules due to handling during the shipping process. Dented capsules are fine to use as long as the round foil rim is not bent.
Most items are shipped using UPS Ground Saver where UPS handles the item to the destination zip code where the package is then transferred to USPS for final delivery. Please provide a valid USPS physical address at checkout. If an order is marked as RTS (Return to Sender) due to insufficient/incomplete address or any other address issue we will issue a refundminus our original shipping costonce we receive the returned item.
