This warranty will not be honored in case of damage or malfunction due to improper installation, misuse, neglect, unauthorized disassembly, alteration, etc.  All warranty claims with Hardcore Surplus will be subject to a replacement or refund by Hardcore Surplus. All warranty claims will be assigned an RMA number (return authorization) and an appropriate shipping label. Please do not ship back material back without notifying Hardcore Surplus first.

• Payment - All payments must be received within 3 days of sale end. All purchases using \"Buy it Now\" must be paid immediately after purchasing.
