Return Policy

·Please contact us within 3 days after receipt of the product in case return is required.

·Returns are only accepted within 7-days of item received and if the product is not found as advertised. Shipping charges are not refundable unless the there is a fault or deviation in the product from the order.

·Returned item MUST be received in the same condition they were sent in and received by the buyer with original packaging. However, return shipment charges, taxes and any other charges would be paid by the buyer.

Shipping Policy

· We use DHL or FEDEX to send items to UK/USA/Canada.

·We do not ship to PO Box and APO/FPO addresses as we use courier services and they only deliver to physical addresses. For PO Box, APO/FPO address delivery, extra charges of $20 will be applicable; alternatively buyer can provide us a physical door address in the destination country.
