Hello! Saladmaster Pan with cover that is marked Saladmaster 11" 316Ti Stainless Steel, inside space is about 10 inches by about 2.5 inches tall and that should put this about 3 quart size but verify with photos and please check my math, the pan is a new and the only size listed on it is 11". I believe this is considered a roaster or Sauté Pan, but see photos to verify. Comes wrapped in the original plastic, but there is no box. Includes a Saladmaster Vapo Vented Cover, THE COVER HAS A LOT OF MARKS AND SOME DARKENING AS IT WAS A FACTORY SECONDS, THE COVER HAS SOME ETCHING AS WELL, the cover is Saladmaster but had some marks and is a factory seconds, the pan is NOT a factory seconds but this is the only cover I had for this pan in the inventory that I was able to purchase, it comes with two handles, one Saladmaster long handle and one short handle that is a general Regal Ware handle, Regal Ware makes this wonderful brand, handles are removeable. This was part of a former reps stock so there will be an X near the log and that simply means this one is not eligible for any new warranty claims. You all know how expensive this brand is! Wonderful pan! Made in USA!See photos with the tape measure for exact sizing. Wonderful piece of cookware! It's listed as 316Ti which is stainless steel and titanium.If you purchase this you agree you have looked at all photos and will be happy with the condition of your purchase.Also again you understand the handle is a wonderful general Regal Ware Handle and the same with the knob on the cover it is a general Regal Ware cover knob, knobs and handle do not say Saladmaster on them, but the pan is clearly marked Saladmaster 3 Quart 316Ti! I also try to update those item specifics that requires from listing to listing but they are not seller friendly, I may forget to change a item specific box from time to time so the pictures and this description area are the most important. Items I sell are stored in a smoke free, pet freeenvironment, but I am often not aware of the prior history of items. If I notice any odors I state it but I am not as sensitive to things as some seem to be. Just like shopping at a thrift store, my items don't come with a "family" history attached to each so they are sold as is.
