Nikko Japan Precious 10 3/4 inch Dinner Plate Scallop Pink Floral Lot of 4 EUC For Sale

Offering this amazing vintage set of four Nikko fine tableware dinner plates. These plates are part of the highly desirable Precious collection. It features a bright white body ceramic porcelain plate with a scalloped rim. The plate has a whimsical pink floral border that is completely intact and a high gloss glaze that is the same. There were several other color variations of this pattern: pink, yellow, and blue that I know of. The Pink Precious appears to be the most popular. The dinner plate measures 10 3/4 inches in diameter. There are no chips, cracks, stains, crazing, or signs of surface wear present. I believe this dinner plate to have seen some usage as there are a couple of very light utensil markings present consistent with age. It is worth mentioning, that one plate has a dark apple seed sized area of discoloration of the back that appears to be present since time of production. They are dishwasher, oven, and microwave safe. However, I would recommend handwashing only to maintain the high quality of this plate. These plates continue to show beautifully and I consider them to be in excellent condition.condition.
