Listing is for a rare Nikko Turbo Panther \"Military Pursuit\" Model MK1 Style Radio Control (RC) Buggy that was sold exclusively from Sears in the late 1980\'s (1986-87 I believe). Has an awesome camo pattern to it with a (mounted gun) that you can manually rotate. Has a high/low gearbox. The MK1 Style refers to the knobby rear off-road tires and smooth/slick front tires. Front and rear suspension. Roughly 20 km/h speed. 1/16th scale full-function Turbo Panther was as an extremely big hit in the 1980s with a few different body variations but this particular model was a limited release with Sears that makes this a bit more sought after! Looking for the best, look no further!
Everything (buggy, transmitter, steering controls, etc.) have been tested and everything works great!
The antenna on the buggy has a sleeve that is included (braces up antenna). The transmitter antenna is removable and the threads are in great shape and it screws on perfectly.
Battery compartments aren\'t perfect (reference pictures) but no issues putting batteries in and powering up immediately!
Buggy powers off of 8 \"AA\" Batteries that are NOT included.
Transmitter (remote) powers off of 1 \"9V\" Battery that is NOT included. This is not the original \"turbo charger\" Nikko transmitter but does operate the buggy just fine. The originals sell for around $20-$30. Open to an offer to compensate for this.
No issues to my knowledge of broken/damaged parts. This is honestly a great rare RC Buggy from its time!!
