I recently bought out the estate of a 1957 Chevy collector. He also dealt with midyear Corvettes. I believe this is from his 1957 dual quad Bel-Air project. That car is all finished show winner. I bought the remaining parts. This looks to be dated May 1957. I see a ding and some paint coming off the cover. Maybe the cover should be replaced or tap out the dig and refinish it.
