What I have here is a 100% rebuilt & detailed (the best I could) Nintendo/NES CONTROLLER.
Let me explain what I did to rebuild the disassembled the controller so that I could wash and gently scrub the housing, the D-Pad, the A, & B buttons in warm soapy water followed by wiping the parts with a microfiber cloth to remove practically every trace of dirt, grime, and build-up that I could.
Next, I cleaned the chipboard and cord with rubbing alcohol.Before reassembling the controller I replaced contact membranes with a brand-new set. (Please refer to the second pic) Now, you get that “clicky” feeling like you did 30+ years ago when you first held the controller.
I spent roughly 30 minutes detailing, and roughly 15 minutes testing each controller so that you will be satisfied with your purchase.
