Originally launched on December 4, 2025, the night of the Cold Moon, it was available only for a limited period through March 20, 2026. After its initial launch day, Swatch made the watch available at participating stores worldwide only on days when it was actually snowing in Switzerland, making opportunities to purchase one extremely limited and unpredictable.One of the most special details of this edition is its unique snowflake moon. The moon-phase display features two full moons coated with OMEGA’s proprietary Moonshine™ Gold. One features the distinctive Snoopy-inspired design, while the other features a snowflake pattern that is individually laser-engraved. Every snowflake design is unique, meaning no two Cold Moon watches are exactly alike.The watch features a white Swatch Bioceramic case, crown, and pushers, giving it a clean winter-inspired appearance with the lightweight, silky matte feel Bioceramic is known for. Swatch’s proprietary Bioceramic material is composed of two-thirds ceramic and one-third biosourced material derived from castor oil.One of the standout features is that this watch displays both the phases of the Moon and the phases of Earth. The Earthphase complication shows what the Earth would look like if you were viewing it from the surface of the Moon. It follows the same approximately 29.5-day cycle as the Moon, but in reverse—when we see a full Moon from Earth, the display shows a “new Earth,” and vice versa.Additional details include the white opaline dial, Super-LumiNova® hour markers, an Earthphase display with oceans that glow blue under UV light, and Snoopy and Woodstock in spacesuits looking back at Earth from the Moon.
