This original acryllc painting, "Walking Moose is My Name" was created byAnishinaabe (Ojibwe) artist Eddy Cobiness in 1978. It is signed, dated, and inscribed with Eddy's treaty number #47.
The framed size is roughly 21.5" tall by 17.5" wide. Please note, this is not a museum quality piece and there are a fewwrinkles, bends, and pinholes, which I have tried to represent in the photos. That said, it remains an honest, authentic, and original painting by one of the esteemed Indigenous Group of Seven.
I do believe it still presents well in its current mat and frame. I will ship the painting framed and will package securely, but cannot guarantee how the frame and glass will hold up in transport. If you prefer I remove the painting before shipping, I would be happy to refund the majority of shipping cost.
