This colorful landscape painting shows farmhouses with a barn and fields. Lake Oswego can be seen is the distance. On the back there is a note, \"After my death this will be the property of (Charles) Bob ANET of Lake Oswego\". The painting is oil on canvas and has been nicely framed with a white wooden frame. The painting measures 20\" by 24\" and with frame it measures 26\" by 30\". It is signed Crespi in the lower left. I think this may be the work of Pachita Crespi (1900-1971), a Costa Rican artist who lived in New York and travelled widely. The painting is in great vintage condition.
The barn looks very similar to a historical photo of the \"Bryant Barn\" - one of the original homesteads in the area. see more original paintings**
