It never occurred to me that I would need to ever tell anyone that they needed tools to open their control housings to change switches and that splicing and soldering would be involved.
As soon as the customer opened these, he threw a fit because he didn’t know how to remove and replace.
Due to ’s policy that costs everyone here more money, I had to accept the return ,so my loss is your gain.
