Part of my continuing “Verdant Figure Studies” series, exploring the human figure through traditional academic drawing techniques on muted green-toned paper.
A relaxed standing figure rests one hand behind her head while the body settles naturally into a gentle contrapposto. Darker graphite and ink passages establish the form, while pale oil-based pastel highlights create a soft luminosity against the verdant ground.
