An opportunity to own an impressive limited-edition wildlife photograph by Thomas D. Mangelsen, one of America\'s most celebrated and widely recognized nature and wildlife photographers.
Airborn captures a magnificent bald eagle in flight, photographed with its wings fully extended against a dramatic blue sky. The large professional presentation, double matting and dark wood frame make this an especially striking piece for an office, living room, lodge, wildlife collection or executive space.
This is not an unsigned decorative reproduction. The photograph is signed by Thomas D. Mangelsen at the lower right and individually numbered #256 of only 1,200 at the lower left.
The photograph itself measures 16 × 20 inches, confirmed by the original Thomas D. Mangelsen, Inc. label still attached to the reverse. The label is dated December 23, 2002, while Mangelsen\'s signature area bears a © 2002 notation.

One of the nicest aspects of this particular example is what remains on the back.
The original Thomas D. Mangelsen, Inc. AIRBORN identification/order label is still present, along with the original Thomas D. Mangelsen\'s Images of Nature information and preservation sheet.
The frame also retains its “Expertly Framed with NatureView” label.
This gives the piece considerably more character and provenance than an example where the photograph has been removed from its original presentation and all identifying information has been lost.
