Monday-Friday in-stock orders are shipped the same or next business day within 24 hours of your order being placed, with cleared payment. US orders (48 states only) are generally shipped with USPS, but may also be shipped with UPS. International orders are shipped ship through USPS International Priority and after a 24 to 48 hour processing period. Delivery time varies on location, usually 6-10 days. International rates/services vary and are available upon request. We don't ship any forofferden items by (USPS or UPS) internationally. We do not take any international returns. We do not pay for duty, customs fees or taxes on any international items. The shipping cost is for shipping only. Once your order left our facility we are no longer in control of the delivery time of your package.
Returns
At The Wires Zone, we want to make sure that you are completely satisfied. If for some reason you aren't happy with an item on your order and want to return it, we make returns and refunds extremely simple.

Any complete, like-new item returned within 30-days of order date can be returned for a refund or replacement. However, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 20% of the order. If returned items are not in like-new condition, we may refuse a return or charge a higher restocking fee. Items not in like-new condition include, but are not limited to: items missing original item packaging, used items, installed items, abused or physically damaged items, items missing parts, items damaged due to improper return shipping, items with a different serial number or defaced serial number, pre-cut wire.
To return or exchange an item, please first contact us via Message and we will provide you with detailed return instructions based on the item you are returning/exchanging.
