The Poco LT is built around a framed backpack design rather than a simple soft carrier. Its AirScape suspension uses mesh-covered foam to improve ventilation, while the adjustable torso length allows the carrier to be fitted to different body shapes.

The torso adjustment provides 15–21 inches of fit, with the hipbelt accommodating approximately 26–49 inch waists/hips.
