In 1974 Peter Max was commissioned by the US post office to create a stamp for the protect the environment celebration. It was the first time the celebration was held. Peter came up with this beautiful artwork that was put on the stamp. This is a first day cover of that stamp on a oversized envelope with an original drawing and signature by Peter Max. The envelope measures 6x10 inches
