OUR STORE POLICIES
PRESALE POLICY
All pre-sales of our products are considered final. Regrettably, we are unable to facilitate refunds or order cancellations for any items acquired prior to their official release.
This policy is essential due to the inherent uncertainty surrounding the value of all items, including electronics, household goods, cards, and more. When making a purchase, there\'s a possibility of securing a fantastic deal, just as there\'s a chance that the item\'s price might experience a slight adjustment before release. This shared risk underscores our commitment to fulfill every order diligently. Although cancellations might seem tempting, we adhere to our policy to maintain fairness and transparency. Should you have inquiries or concerns, feel free to reach out to us, and we\'ll strive to help to the best of our abilities.
All pre-sales of products are definitively binding. We do not entertain refunds or cancellations for items purchased before the official release date.
