I have a sweet fall snow doll for you to consider today, she is one of my smaller dolls but is quite substantial. She can sit or hang by the wire on her back.She measures 19\" tall to the top of her cap.Made from aged osnaburg with a hand stitched face and a stuffed, sculpted, painted and aged carrot nose.Her cap is made from a aged antique quilt with cotton lace around the edge and a rusty bell at the end with a crumpled ribbon tie.Her jacket is made from an old coverlet with hand stitching around the edge and an old button down the front.At her neck I have added a grungy cheesecloth scarf, old doily, crumpled ribbon bow with a rusty bell all tucked with moss.Her skirt is made from the aged antique quilt with cotton lace around the bottom edge.Her pantaloons are made from aged chenille then gathered around her legs.Her old boots are painted and aged.Tied to her arm is an aged tag that reads THINK SNOW, I have signed and dated the back. I have also signed and dated her on her back.She has been dusted with cinnamon and old time mica flakes for the vintage sparkle.Sit her on an old chair or bench, hang her from a hook or cupboard door, sit her with my larger dolls.....so many ideas!What a great addition to your collection or a wonderful gift!
