PROFESSIONAL SINGLE Body CARBURETOR REBUILDING Honda Suzuki Yamaha Kawasaki Etc:
$140.00

Hello, and thanks for stopping by! You will be glad you did!

So you might ask yourself why use me to rebuild your carburetors? I stand behind my work and will make it right. 100% POSITiVE response

Rebuilding carburetors and suspensions since 2008 (18 years) Not just as a hobby but I repair motorcycles professionally as my main job.

I have extreme attention to detail and I do an outstanding job. I only use high quality parts when I rebuild carburetors.

With experience comes wisdom and tricks to remove old seized Jets and use techniques to ensure you receive an excellent quality rebuild.

Most shops out there charge $125 -$175 an hour and keep in mind they won't touch most older bikes but I will.

The purchase price includes rebuilding of one carburetor body, high-quality parts, and the return shipping to you! One flat price.

At the end of the day you're going to save money and receive an excellent job.

I rebuild all types of motorcycle, scooter, quad, and atv carburetors. I repair and rebuild both two stroke and four stroke vehicle carburetors.

I offer rebuilding of single cylinder, twin cylinder, three cylinder and four-cylinder carburetors. All available in my other listings. (just select the number of bodies you need rebuilt) if you’re unsure how many carburetor bodies, your vehicle has ? Simply send me a message and I will steer you to the right listing to cover your rebuilding needs.

Once you purchase the number of carburetors you need to rebuild it as easy as 123 .

(1)you simply write me with the year make and model information of the carburetors .

(2) You ship carb to the address for rebuild in my reply message with instructions.

(3) You receive your carburetors mailed back rebuilt with all specifications and photos.

Typical turnaround time is 2 to 3 weeks sometime sooner once carburetors are received.

When I rebuild your carburetors I clean and or replace all typical Jets included in the kit, clean all passageways and carb bodies inside and out. I replace all necessary o-rings etc in the bowls of the carburetors.

*You receive pictures of the rebuilding process.

*Float hight is set with a digital gauge to factory specs.

*I record jet sizing and provide this information to you.

* Each set of carburetors are bench tested with an auxiliary tank to ensure a worry free quality rebuild.

*please note in some rare cases you may require the rack of carburetors be split apart due to issues for fuel T crossovers, you may have a bad air cut off valve which controls popping on deceleration (it's a small rubber diaphragm part) or you may have a bad slide rubber diaphragm not ncluded in carburetor rebuild kits this is very rare but sometimes it does happen. This is not part of a standard carburetor rebuild process.

If in the rare case this is an issue for you, this is also something I can fix and have done many times. I will notify you of the issue and give a price .

Beware others use cheap stuff and only care how much money they put in their pocket.

All carburetor parts are not created equal ! Having the wrong person or parts placed in your carburetors can cause serious issues. I've seen this in the past many times.

Common issues with low quality parts include air-fuel mixture screws being seized and or tips broken off in stuck place because they're not made to the right specification/ tolerances common in Chinese or aftermarket low quality kits. When installed tips bend and brake off becoming permanently stuck.

various o-rings not of the correct quality not nitrile /viton rated for the fuel exposures and three months down the road your bike is leaking fuel or flooding out.

Jet sizes not made true to size air Jets etc causing tremendous issues in your carburetors

So what you're going to get with me is quality, peace of mind, and pictures with the information to know your job was done right!
