High-performance aftermarket cone air filters come as a pair. Each filter has a carbon fiber pattern end cap secured with silver M3 button-head screws. The base is black rubber and includes an adjustable metal hose clamp. The filter media is a pleated mesh design. These had been modified with a secondary filter cut through the tops; I have removed that and capped it with a piece of gloss carbon fiber twill laminate, reinforced by fiberglas at the back and secured with half a dozen screws.These came in the ECS Tuning Luft-Technik aftermarket cold air intake system for the Audi RS5; when I sold the intakes, the buyer didn\'t want the filters.
