Direct Replacement for Pentair 2" Push-Pull Valve Kit (7.5" Center) by C-M-P
for Sand (Triton) or DE (FNS and FNSP)
The CMP 25831-119-750 Slide Valve (Pent 263064) 2” DE/SAND is designedspecifically for use with Pentair DE/SAND Filters, Triton II, Triton C, Triton HD, FNS,FNS Plus, Nautilus, Nautilus Plus. It is fitted with locking nuts to align and join tothe couplings on the filter unit with 7.5” centerline. Since the handle position andplumbing connections for the two types of filters are different, be certain of thefilter type the valve is installed on and understand the valve positions for yourfilter type. Understand and follow instructions in the applicable diagrams on the instruction sheet for proper plumbing connections and correct handle positions foryour filter type.
We actually like this design better than the Pentair original which tends to leak at the shaft o-ring. Remember to lube up the internal o-rings up every three months to have years of trouble free backwashing.
