Petromax pressure gauge is embedded in the upper part of the tank. The pressure gauge seal ensures that the recess is sealed airtight when inserted and there is no loss of pressure. The optimal operating pressure is marked with a red mark on the scale between 0 and 3 bar. The pressure gauge is also equipped with a bleed screw to reduce the pressure if necessary.

The Petromax is probably the best-known strong light lamp in the world. The name Petromax goes back to the commercial councilor Max Graetz, who invented the lamp at the beginning of the 20th century. Century developed in Germany. His friends called him “Petroleum Maxe,” which gave rise to the abbreviation Petromax . On November 5th, 1910 the name was protected by law.
