Very nice estate sale acquisition here in Washington, D.C. RARE oversized LARGE format 11" x 14" Official White House portrait inscribed and signed all in the hand of President Herbert Hoover AS PRESIDENT (circa 1929-1932). Inscription / signature is bold and very distinct as well in nice dark brown ink. 11x14 Official White House Presidental Portrait is also in very good condition (all as seen).
