This antique Naval Yard pass served the purpose of regulating access to restricted zones. This particular pass granted a USMC Marine Private access privileges. He was stationed in Guam from roughly 1920-1922. This pass bears the handwritten no. 23 in the top left corner, the name of the USMC Marine and his rank in the center, and the signature of the man charged with Captain of the Yard duties.
