Vintage L A EYEWORKS BURBANK Eyeglass Frame 49□22-145. I can't find any examples for sale. It was in a case and might be a 1988. The frame has BURBANK on right temple, it has 44 at temple tips. It needs new nose pads, normal wear and tear. Prescription lenses need replacement.
